Has your chapter developed an exemplary program of work? Does your chapter implement an outstanding program of activities that focuses on the state project thrusts? Does your chapter conduct an effective leadership development program for its members? Do you have an advisor that helps expand FHA-HERO beyond the local chapter? Is there a person in your community that has made outstanding contributions to the state organization? Do you have a chapter with more than 50 members? Are you a graduating senior that could use some scholarship money?
