STEP 1: Log on to
the WES. If you forgot
your password go to
Get a Password.
STEP 2: Select the button that reads
[School Advisors Mark who is Competing at State].
STEP 3: Select your school from the drop
down menu.
STEP 4: The entry information for students
from your chapter who qualified for state competition will
be displayed. If every student from your chapter
who qualified for state competition is listed, jump
down to {STEP 7}.
STEP 5: If any names that you believe
should be qualified for state competition do not appear on
the list, contact your Region CRE Chairperson
immediately. The Region CRE Chair will
follow up immediately regarding the student's
eligibility.
STEP 6: Once all errors and/or omissions
have been corrected, return to STEP 1 and begin the process
again.
STEP 7: Select the box
(click the box so that a check
mark appears) next to each and every student
listed who will be attending the State Finals
competition at the State Leadership Meeting.
STEP 8: Select the long bar button that
reads [Select (check mark) student name and click here to
save as going to State].
