Both electronic and hard copy entry forms must be submitted
by the established deadline dates. It is critical that all
data entered on forms is accurate. All CRE materials,
including the student's certificate, is printed directly
from the data you enter. Double check all information before
submission. Do not type entry data in all caps. Use upper
and lower case when completing forms, both electronic and
hard copy. Be certain each student entered in competition
appears on your chapter membership roster as submitted to
the FHA-HERO Forms Processing Office.
Enter Student Competitors
- Log on to the WES.
- For each competitor, click on the button that reads: [Add
Student Information].
- From the drop down menu, select the event where you plan to
enter the student in question. Then select the [Continue]
button.
- From the drop down menu, select your school.
- Type in the student name as requested. Be certain
information is entered accurately. All CRE materials,
including student certificates, are printed directly from
the data you input. Then select the [Continue] button.
- Double check the accuracy of all information input.
Be
certain that the student entered for competition appears on
the chapter's membership roster submitted to the FHA-HERO
Forms Processing Office. Then select the [Save and Continue]
button.
- After completing entry in the WES, be certain to follow up
by submitting hard copy entry forms and appropriate entry
fees to the FHA-HERO Forms Processing Office. Entries will
not be processed and confirmed until hard copy entry forms
and appropriate fees have been submitted.
